1. Cancellations

  1. For Service Bookings:
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start time will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and preparation costs.
  1. For Ongoing Services:
  • For ongoing or subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

 

2.Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:

  • If the service could not be initiated due to issues on our end.
  • If a request for cancellation is made as per the conditions outlined above.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

 

3.No Refund Conditions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

  • If the service has already been completed or partially fulfilled.
  • For delays caused by insufficient or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the completion of the service.

 

4.Changes to the Policy

BeingSpy.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The latest version will be updated on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms before making a purchase.
